Arc down?

I can't log in through the ARC launcher, but launching trek directly still works. Anyone else having issues?

    I think you need to be a little more specific...

    Will arc not open, does it not show stats... What?
    Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...

    I launched it but Arc would not come up so I forced closed it and relaunched. It is working now.

    I get a login timeout with the ARC server.

    The arc times out and says check internet connections and try again. How do you load without arc?

    Go to program file(x86)/perfect world entertainment/star trek and launch Star Trek manually.

    Same problem here, it said it needed to update and now it times out trying to login.

    same here, try to sign into arc and it times out, was working fine this morning, have to get into the game directly now
