looked in game, troed looked at acount, never fidned it. any idea ?

    So did you look at ARC (Upper Left drop down menu) -> Redeem code ???

    Nope.... ARC will eventually become mandatory, so not using it isn't gaining you much...

    Arc is the only way to redeem the codes now. People are still using both you could go that route, install arc use it to redeem the code and then only use the normal launcher for the game.
