Dust to Dust question

I hate to ask stupid questions just as a general rule, however I now have to ask:

Is Dust to Dust just for the anniversary (and therefore will have the Kobali equipment only for this time) or is it going to be added to the Delta Quadrant series (and still have the Kobali equipment available afterwards)?

Reason I ask is I have two characters that may end up with the Kobali ship but not the equipment because they are too low of level to do Dust to Dust and get the final version of the equipment.

    Assuming it follows the pattern of previous episodes, yes, it's staying.

    I believe the devs said that the mission and all its rewards would stay after the anniversary event was over. The releasing the space set one at a time is just for metrics most likely. The mission will most likely be level 60 after the event though.
