Marks, BNP, Cyber implants not paying out 50%

supergirl1611supergirl1611 Member Posts: 809 Arc User
Cryptic what gives you're own patch notes for the dil weekend state Rep marks and BNP, Cybernetic implants ect will be paying out 50% bonus.

However this is not true.

Is this a typo in the patch notes a copy and a paste job from last event and whoever is responible for posting didn't proof read or update it.

Or is it another nerf to prevent player advancement and gain. If so may i remind you that no matter how much dil i earn in game per character i can only refine and use 8k per day, so removing this option if it was removed is most unwelcome.

Please give us a official statement before the torches and pitchforks come out

Thank you

Patch notes

Vlugta Asteroid Field:
100% Bonus Dilithium Ore for Daily Mining Missions
100% Bonus to all Rich Dilithium Claims
Fleet Dilithium Mine:
100% Bonus Dilithium Ore for Daily Mining Missions
Everywhere else in the game: (including turning in Marks/Neural Processors/Cybernetic Implants, etc.)
50% Bonus Dilithium Ore
Dilithium rewards from completing Event Reputation Projects no longer receive a bonus.
This also includes the large reward of 50,000 Dilithium a player earns when completing a reputation.

    Now I join the outrage.

I was expecting this to happen someday. And I guess the day is today. The last thing left will be 20 contraband for 1000 or something like that.

A sad day for me. And the end of dilithium weekends for me.

Still states in the blog on the front page we should be able to turn them in.

I no longer do any Bug Hunting work for Cryptic. I may resume if a serious attempt to fix the game is made.

    It's intended :
The bug is with the original announcement, not the way things are operating. Those projects are not supposed to be affected from what I've been told.

    Worst event ever.

Turning in marks and items is no longer paying out a bonus reward. It's working as intended.

I don't know why any of you are angry, shocked or even surprised about this.

We should all start turning in our Reputation marks for dilithium ASAP before they cut the payout that you get each time you do it.

    That's next on the agenda.

I'm so happy I've never given them a dime. I suggest you all do the same.

not sure that quite covers it.

I noticed that they quietly placed that information in another post and not the patch notes. I am sure that was absolutely intentional.

If only we could get as a protest everyone to log out the game for 2hrs. just to voice our disgust at this change.

Since cryptic and PWE will never own up to their mistakes, and will always blame players for any problems found in their 100% perfect bug free game.

I hereby accept blame for the way this intended bonus feature is working.
    You're all welcome.

No longer. That "error" has been "corrected."
