Crashing!

Anyone else having this problem every time I log in I get to the character select page and try to log in on a toon and CRASH "oops cryptic error". I have tried multiple toons WTF! Cryptic!

    When that starts happening to me it becomes time to start purging those hogg files and repatching. The tricky part is finding which file(s) to remove for surgical precision.

    Now its crashing in safe mode!

    If your lucky the log files in the install directory might point out the problem. I located a bad hogg file that way once. I deleted the file it didn't load successfully and the game patched itself back in to shape in no time. Please note it might not be as easy for you to do as it was for me that one time.

    I can't play normally anymore without the game randomly crashing. I've re-verified, re-downloaded files, tinkered with some settings in the options menu but to no avail.

    The anniversary update broke something and most players I've bumped into report nothing but crashing since then.
