Just a heads up for authors. There's a ton of patch notes for today's anniversary event, so in case anyone missed this one down in known issues:
Foundry functions are not available at this time.
Tweeted ZeroniusRex to see why they might be doing this. She replied:
because all the projects will have to be republished. It's an automatic thing. Plus, reasons.

That "Plus, reasons" sounds promising. Maybe we're going to get an anniversary present?
Don't suppose you could ask them for an ETA on getting editing back.

Cheer up, most missions seems to be back. If there's no problems, then it won't be long.
Technically, you're correct, it should be. However, so far, there have been no reports of any Foundry issues as a result of the Anniversary update. So it (at least for this update) seems to be a non issue.
Editing is still down yes indeed. The team is working on the republish, and we hope to have an update for you as soon as we can.
I will ping this thread again once I have updated ETA.
Thanks for your patience UGC authors! I am looking forward to getting the two new Foundry Spotlight missions up for everyone to enjoy.

Good luck with that, idashla. Working in the foundry is great fun and often a brain workout. Remember, if you have any troubles, the folks here and over at starbaseugc.com will be more than happy to help with advice etc.
Don't forget to create a banner, maybe a trailer, and advertise, advertise, advertise.
We need more welcoming and helpful people like this. Shame this isn't Neverwinter. There we have an offsite guild dedicated to the Foundry to do exactly this. Perhaps we should do the same here.

I think that is what Starbaseugc set out to do. I haven't seen the Neverwinter guild so I couldn't tell you what the differences are between them.
Perhaps Neverwinter has a much better and bigger and more cohesive foundry and therefore a more organised foundry community?
The Neverwinter offsite guild 'Scribes Enclave' has been a somewhat popular Foundry community guild since 2013 near the beginning of NW beta. I have only been part of the Neverwinter community since November last year however so I don't know the details to it's origin. Same with SBUGC but much less. SE has became surprisingly rapidly growing since then but activity has dummed down over time with only a handful of active members. SBUGC I know very little of so I don't know if they are based offsite like on Guild Launch/gamer Launch as Scribes Enclave is or based within the game itself.
I've been interested in the Foundry's development and have been closely involved with helping mainly the newer authors and creators get noticed among the many. I want to try to establish a link with all Foundry communities, not just STO and NW but any other of Cryptics future releases. Thinking along the lines of a type of "central hub" for a Foundry network community.

We have been seeing some problems and are investigating. Thanks for the report.
Last I tested, this was working. If you find it's not, please let me know in the Foundry Bug Forum.
Not to belabor the point, but I'm asking specifically is will the new assets help us complete the accolade "Rebellious Elements" on the FED side. The only mission out there seems to be giving FED kills to the FED side, but not the elusive KDF rebel kills.
