Celebration: Year Five Accolade?

Where do I obtain this? I've gotten every single one since F2P, so I'd like to grab the Year 5 accolade.
Also, when does the accolade go away?

    I believe I got it by choosing the Omega particle mission reward of Party horn.
    Still waiting to be able to use forum titles

    Not sure about that. I got the party horn and no completed accolade. Will watch this thread with interest.

    I only got one accolade so far, the 4 year one for getting a Qmendation on a character I made a couple weeks ago...

    It may be bugged...

    I've completed DtD mission and got the new "free" ship but didn't get "5th year accolade". Maybe it doesn't exist?

    The one I got came from storming the Temple Entry on Very Hard mode (basically, only with my away team).

    There's a bunch of separate accolades for the Dust to Dust mission, unfortunately, they're not part of the "Celebration!" ones

    I now have 2 party poppers and the Kobali ship and still no Celebration: Year Five accolade. There has been one every year, but not this year? There is definitely a mistake somewhere.

    Confirmed no accolade from party horn or Dust to Dust.

    Done everything to do for this year on 4 characters and there is no 100p 5yr accolade.

    Reason? Likely Cryptic got lazy or simply an oversight as it's probably considered accolades aren't that big a thing. Then again those that do have a decent chance of being bugged/broken so...

    Kobali ship
    All 11 accolades in D2D
    Heck even the accolade in Shadow Play
    Party horn
    Omega mini game
    And I've not heard the party patrol awarding it either.

    Thought about that too. If so, that's kind of an underhanded move by them to force us into playing the content when they know damn well that most people will play it again to get the full set.

    The 5th Anniversary accolade is 'Twin Souls' ... it's a bit buggy tho - I've gotten it on 3 out of 6 characters. It appears to award most consistently if you turn in the 'Dust to Dust' mission while still inside the mission on the bridge at the the end.

    That's one of the episode accolades, but not the "Celebration! Year Five" accolade.
