Need help deciding which ship to buy.

Hi guys , Im trying to decide which ship to buy. Im stuck between the Temporal Destroyer and the Undine nicor Bio-Warship. I looked at the stats and i cant find much difference between them. Please help

(FYI im a TAC)

My vote is with the Nicor. 4/4 gun layout like a cruiser, handles like an escort, and has the science room of a sci ship. Can run full aux2bat as well.

Plus the most important selling point. It has testicles. Three of them.

LoL....ok im 11/20 for the Nicor bio-warship atm . and 9/20 for the destroyer.

I need 1 more comment to lock my decision on the Nicor

Buy neither, get the Phantom for Reciprocity (if you don't have it) and then get the Dauntless. The Dauntless is OP.

I've found my Mobius to be a fantastic ship, but if I had to choose between the two, I'd run the Nicor.

The Hunter is superior to both though imo.

2.I have decided to buy the Nicor (still willing to listen to others saying not to)
3.Please explain why the Hunter is better than both

Here's a quick comparison based on STOwikis entries:

Nicor pluses:

+ Nicor has 1 more weapon slot (aft)
+ 1 more tac console
+ 1500 more base hull HP
+ Improved Hull Regeneration unique to Undine ships
+ Nicor gets +5 engine power
+ 1 more device slot
+ The universal console it comes with is arguably more useful than the one of the Mobius

Nicor minuses:

- 1 less science console
- 1 less BOFF slot (but the same amount of powers)
- Less versatility in its BOFF layout
- 1 degree less turn rate
- Mobius gets +5 aux power
- Weaker shield modifier (1.0 vs 1.05)
- Nicor might suffer from higher weapon power drain due to additional weapon slot

Tough call. Another problem is that I do not know what extra console the Nicor gets for its upgrade. However, I do know that the Mobius gets a 5th tactical console which evens that. Since no ship gets a 6th console of the same type, I would guess that the Nicor gets either an engineering or science console.

The stats I posted are the standard, non-upgraded tier 5s. Figured its best to start comparing from the bottom up so to speak.

Personally, I don't have a Nicor, but my Mobius is a fine ship that I don't regret having.

I should mention that it is compatible with the Well's special console and the Temporal Warfare set works better on it than on non-temporal ships if you have all that.

IMO, looking at the stats (just stats, not esthetics) that I would personally pick the Mobius. Mostly because the more flexible BOFF layout wins me over on that.

I've never used the Nicor so can't comment there, but I really do love my Mobius.

Handles well, very solid both defensively and offensively, looks awesome (especially with the T5-U upgrade material after you upgrade it for free).

I wanted a Temporal ship for ages, so worked at it over a period of time cracking Temporal lockboxes until I either got a Wells (yeah, right) or ground out enough Lobi to go shopping....it was a long, bloody slow process but well worth it in the end for me.

If you're going to buy a lockbox escort, why not one of the T6 ones that has 13 boff powers, or even the Xindi one that so many people rant about? I mean if its for style reasons sure, but if its about the stats then the Mobius is kinda out-of-date at this point (all that power creep), and the Nicor isn't much different than an F5U Patrol Escort Retrofit,
