Same issue, no particles spawning. Instance changing didn't help, scanning particles on the ground at Bajor didn't help... dropping the mission and reclaiming it keeps having me scan the particle at Bajor Space so now I'm stuck and can't earn anymore Qmendations... lame :mad:
I think you, me and a bunch of other people that were flying around in Bajor using sensor scans and flying around had this issue.
So we have so far:
Earth Space Dock (Space) not registering
Bajor Space not having any omega molecules despite Q sending us there.
The first I could see that it might be lag-related or something (but why only ESD), but no molecules appearing in the first place? That may something that needs to be actively fixed...
Add me to this list of players who had Bajor space - but flew around the ENTIRE Bajor space map in multiple instances with no Omega Particles to be found in said zone.

seriously cryptic dev teams you are doing more and more bugs, destroying games each time you do something.
maybe it should be better to do nothing, fixes everything to help the player base to come back no ? instead of try to gain a couple new ones that will leave no matter the sparkling you add to the game.
ya the voices acting cost so much now you need to makes lots of $$$ to compensente the expenses ..

Make the tier 5 starship mastery trait a account wide unlock for this total farce of an event. Saves me having to grind patrol missions across all my toons multiple times, Thats if i can get my 40 qmendations to actually purchase the ship

Much like the ESD glitch, where the particle you needed was in Starfleet Academy, over by the Valentine memorial. No other ground particle would suffice.

based upon my experiences it seems Q hands out a new set of destinations every 4 or 6 hours. Considering all 3 of my KDF or allied alts got the same 3 just now and 2 of the 3 had the bugged bajor hours earlier(the third I didnt bother playing after I saw the bug).
This just needs to be patched ASAP. We shouldn't be expected to be in the game for 3-4 hours just to hope for different destinations for this.

Cryptic, admit that STO has way to many bugs. Way more bugs than any other game. Then sit down and address the problem.
Please stop behaving like this is an Alpha game release. This game is 5 years old. Start acting like professionals, admit you have a serious problem and do what it takes to bring the game up to industry standards.
This is pretty frustrating. Also unable to complete the daily. Going to go drop it and get a new batch of destinations I suppose. Any other locations besides Bajor that people have been unable to complete?

Worked for me. After 4 and a half hours, I finally got my daily completed.
I got Wolf 359 (Space), Deep Space 9 (Space), and Drozana Station (Space.)
That one works!
