secondary deflector slots

Secondary Deflectors

Secondary deflector slots have been added to all science ships. <
all ships

There are three base types of Secondary Deflectors:
Deteriorating Secondary Deflectors enhance Debuff-focused science skills.
Inhibiting Secondary Deflectors enhance Control-focused science skills.
Resonating Secondary Deflectors enhance Support-focused science skills.
Secondary Deflectors can be crafted in the Science School of Research and Development.
EC Stores will sell basic Secondary Deflectors.
Secondary Deflectors also have a chance to drop in loot when defeating enemies in space.
Secondary Deflectors can be upgraded.
The following Science ships now come with a Secondary Deflector slot: <---- or just these ?

So, which is it, all sci ships or some sci ships ?
I can think of a few sci ships not on that list

    That's just a list of science ships that did not have the secondary deflector before the update.

    Don't think the Oberth's on that list - and it's a pure science ship.

    That said, it's T1, so I'm not surprised it doesn't get the slot - would probably be an unfair advantage over the other T1 ships. T1 cruiser doesn't get cruiser commands either...

    The Oberth was explicitly mentioned as not getting a sec def slot in the blog.

    As to the OP, I don't see any on the list in the blog that aren't on the list in the patch notes. If I'm missing something, which ship is it?

    my bad, it seems just the oberth....
    upon further investigating i found that i was confused with a few 'science console geared' ships...lol, my bad

    My MU science ships don't have the slot either. Are we only getting these on new ships, or are they supposed to become available as of the patch?

    if yours does not show up on your science ship thats on the list aka your mu ship go to sector space and back a few times it will show up
