Item Glitch

I just logged on today only to find that most of my ship consoles, weapons, and a ship device are missing from my main ship, my energy credits, my ground kit, and the equipment for most of my bridge officers. I tried using the loadout I had the ship stuff saved to and it just shows the stuff shaded out and says it's equipped on another ship but theres no ship name and none of my other ships have the stuff.

    I'm in the same boat, just posted about it in another thread. I hope they are looking into this! I want to be able to play! Were you last logged into ESD? I was in the Winter Event, thought that perhaps that might have had an impact since the event is now over.

    nope, I was at Vulcan last time I logged off with all my stuff. I sent a ticket and they replied about doing a roll-back of the character but so far nothing and it's been 3 days. There seems to be some confusion because rather than working on it as a glitch they seem to have the idea the stuff was stolen, that doesn't make any since considering only a few items, about 20 are missing, all bound and I have a lot more items still there, not to mention I'm a fleet leader and none of that was touched.

    I have the EXACT same issue with the EXACT same time frame. I have posted a ticket with no communication after a promised roll back as well.

    Even if this were the case, Cryptic/PWE still said they were restoring the account(s) in question and haven't. It doesn't explain why they are not communicating on the tickets or giving people a time frame on resolution of their own promises.

    I finally got a reply from support but it just says they were unable to fix it, what a waist of time, used a lot of dilithium upgrading that stuff too, oh well, lesson learned, won't be spending another penny on this game

    Well, you might get lucky and they reappear and duplicate like what happened some months ago to me.

    So I had this same issue but it was a Boff that went missing from my active duty officer roster. I sent a ticket and have had much feedback from support. I was told there was a knonw bug in the game with the last patch and that they could not repair it and was having to get others involved to restore the issue. or quote as follows;

    "

    Based on the information you've provided your issue may be the result of a currently unknown gameplay bug. While we understand you would like us to be able to resolve your issue quickly, some issues require further development from departments outside our control and cannot be resolved by the CS and GM teams."

    So as you can see, it is broke and they have no clue how to fix it. I just hope you guys that are missing way more stuff than me get helped first. this needs to be resolved as this issue is going to cause even more player base to distrust their time and financial investment and lead to even more player base lose.

    Well, that's frustrating. I haven't heard anything back from them regarding my ticket either, but again I'm essentially stuck. I put all of my dilithium into my ship and acquiring rep gear, which I've now lost. I also lost all of my EC, so I can't buy white gear to get me through a few missions. Now it sounds like they aren't going to help? Awesome...
