Shipyard ship missing

Hi

Not sure if any of you have had this but I got promoted to Lower Rear Admiral and as part of the promotion mission went to the shipyard to get my new ship. I select the Prometheus class and a pop up appeared saying that I chose it, but then it just disappeared.

Normally a screen appears asking me to rename the ship or just confirm but nothing!! Now it says that I need 120000 dilithium to get it! So my tier 5 ship is nowhere, not in my inventory or ship slot, just completely disappeared. I had to buy a mirror one from the exchange to get round it!

Any ideas?

    Go to the ship selector and see if you have the ship available.
    If it'S not there you might be out of ship slots and the game dumped the ship into your inventory.
    In that case you need to dismiss another ship first or buy new ship slots to unpack it.

    Hi

    Yes I have ship slots available. To make sure I removed all the T1 to T4 ships but still nothing. Not in my inventory, not in my ship slots and can't reselect it because it is asking for 120000 dilithium.

    It's not a massive deal as I'm using the mirror version but it does bug me tho!

    Submit a ticket. By the time you hit Level 60, they'll get back to you with a macro response that has nothing to do with your original problem.

    Check the overflow bag as well.

    Thanks for that. I've been away from STO for about 6 months so I'm still learning all the new tweaks and changes that they've done so wasn't aware of the overflow bag but will check. I hope you are right!!!
