Account/Log in Server down?

Anyone having trouble logging in atm? I can't seem to log back in. This isn't the first time I've had trouble logging back in...Also, the chat has been acting strange lately in the last few days. I saw someone on the friend list staying on but he's not really on though.

    Me too... can't get past the login-server for two hours now, and it's always starting around the same time every evening (~19:00 CET) during the last week

    It could come down to location. I know Cryptic and PWE both block groups of IP addresses if they think they are being attached. There is a forum post about attempt of account high jacks. Could be a auto built defense.

    I'm not having any issues here. Try running a tracert to www.crypticspace.com and see if there's anything unusual.

    Its ARC. Don't think arc is talking to the server correctly as I get problems as well. Both on STO and Neverwinter. Says arc is running "something" or other and won't even let you shut it down, but nothing happens you can see. Probably some type of patch miscommunication or other.

    I haven't been able to connect to the account server and isitdownrightnow.com says crypticspace.com is down.

    sooooo another night the same issue,looks like around this time of day in Europe something is not right with the servers.

    looks like pwe/cryptic paid peanuts and got monkeys.

    time for them to up the amount they pay to whoever for the service to make it playable smoothly for all.

    I've had no problems getting into STO this morning. So, what ever is causing your problems, its not the fault of the STO Servers. If it was a STO Server problem, then EVERYONE would be having this problem, and this is simply not the case here...

    Have the same problem here, everything started after last update... I have even problems with the launcher, and when I manage to enter the game, it goes realllllllly slow... I tried to enable proxy server, and it worked for a while - but now it's even worse. Tried everything including reinstalling the game, but nothing.

    I have not been able to get onto STO since 2:30pm MST but there has been no messages about what is going on with the server of STO. Anyone know what the hell is going on?

    For more than 1 week now.. i have experienced connections troubles.

    The problems is NOT my computer.. (since nothing changed as per last week)

    It's not my internet connection...

    Everything started after the last stability server patch... boom... nice fix... fail.

    Can't you guys do anything without breaking something??

    All i want is be able to CONNECT and play...

    launcher update...tried connecting....etc..then on the launcher when I enter my user/pass and click launch..connecting. then zip. I was able to get in just fine earlier this morning.
