Fleet projects bugged?

Sorry to whine about things that are not tested normally right now,
but it's look like fleet projects are bugged.

As it is - I can NOT donate any DOFF to any Fleet Project

I tried in "Criptic Tribbles Reborn" Fleet.
Got 2 toons - Federation Alien and Romulan allied to Federation
Both can NOT put any DOFF to any fleet project.

It maybe not much, but it's stopping fleet from growing,
and it could be effect of whatever get reputation projects bugged last time...

    If you get people to look at it, check donations of other materials to fleet projects too.

    I tried donate "Basic Raw Materials" today - and it's not allowed too...

    happens for my fleet too cant donate anything to the fleet...well shouldnt' say anything i can donate exp and have seen fleet marks from others but basic raw materials cannot along with other things so not sure exactly what can and what can't be donated.

    The only thing i am sure it can be donated is dilithium.
