I finished the quest but can't turn it in, I select the scorpion fighters and it tells me I can only have one unique item, but I don't have any on any of my ships or in my inventory or bank.
I use them all the time and redo the quest when I'm out, but this is the 1st time ever having this problem.

Anyone have a solution? ( I still have the completed quest, just cant turn it in.) :(

    I just tried again from the quest log and it resolved, strange...I've tried several times since yesterday always failed which is why I made this post....I have no idea why it worked this time.
