Looking for a fleet

Greetings fleet recruiters,
I've been looking for a decent fleet now for a few months and have been bouncing around trying to find a good fit, but haven't had any luck as of yet.
A little bit about me in STO - I was previously an officer in a fairly large fleet, but had a disagreement with the senior leader over the new direction the fleet was going in and decided it was time to leave since it was becoming something I didn't really want to be apart of anymore. It was hard since I had been with the same fleet for over two years and had help build it up to t5. I'm not looking for any kind of leadership role again, just for people to play and have fun with when I log in. I enjoy both space and ground and am fairly competent at both. I also used to pvp quite often and was quite good, but haven't at all since the launch of Delta Rising.
One of my only concerns is with fleet vendor access. A lot of fleets require a crazy contribution amounts, but don't have any projects open so you can actually attain the requirement which is really frustrating if you wanna buy something. I like to play around with different builds and buy random junk all the time just to try it out so a quick path to vendor access is important to me.

Little info about us, we are a moderate size fleet, almost at tier 5, varied selection players of old and new, very friendly relaxed atmosphere with PVE & PVP sessions run often. As regards to fleet store access i believe if not mistake its 200,000 contribution for full access, think its pretty reasonable myself. We also have dedicated team speak server.

I'd like to offer an invite to the Delta Task Force (name is as old as LoR, not based on the expansion).
We're a fleet in which anything goes. People can do what they want ingame, as long as they are respectful to each other. We got a fairly active community (increasingly chatty with each other), always ready to fly together, slice up Borg on Defera, stuff like that. For those who really enjoy the social aspect, we got our own TeamSpeak 3 server set up, as well as multiple ingame channels.
Concerning our fleet stores: we capped out on holdings, with the starbase about 120k experience away from the T5 upgrades. As you can understand, provisioned holdings are not available for new recruits, but the first promotion is achieved at a mere 25k (which is about 1 Defera ground run). After that, they get higher, but are mostly about increasing the amount you can withdraw from the fleet bank on a daily base, not about from which areas. To ensure our members can contribute, we keep as much projects open as possible, with all holdings permanently offering more and more provisioning projects. The bottom starbase project for larger fleets is opened upon request, but only if a member has enough to fill it up.
Note that any member of our fleet is valued, whether they like to contribute in the millions, keep their recourses to themselves, wear the fleet uniform or not. Like I said, as long as you are respectful, we will very much like having you in.
