1. Change the PvE back to the way it was. But make the following changes
Make three versions of each PvE Mission
Levels 45 to 49 Normal
Levels 50 to 54 Advanced
Levels 55 to 60 Elite
In the PvEs make the Options optional until the Elite area.
This means return the PvEs to the pre-Delta Rising status. Currently the Advanced PvEs is to difficult for people to complete. These changes removes the fun part of the game from the game.
Some people in this world doesn't have the real world money to purchase the necessary technology to accomplish the PvEs the way they are now.
I for one are about to stop playing this game because of these changes, and I am sure there are other people out there that feels the same as I do. I play this game to have fun, but with the changes to the PvE, the fun element is no longer there.
Honestly the ****ed up the Advanced missions by making that you do not complete the Optional mission part you fail the whole mission witch is pissing me off cause now it is too hard to get Isomorphic Injection of witch I need. Optional part of the mission should only make you lose Marks not lose everything you are trying to get.

You do not need to spend money on the game to accomplish PvE missions, STFs or have fun. You can obtain free, in game, gear that will be sufficient for playing the PvE content.
In the cardassian episodes, operation gamma and boldly they rode can be re-run to obtain Jem Hadar deflector, engines, shield and dominion polaron beam arrays.
It's a grind, especially boldly they rode, but the jem hadar set works with both polaron weapons and jem hadar ships a little better than with non jem hadar/ cardassian ships.
If you want antiproton weapons, re-run fluid dynamics in the borg episodes to get MK XI purple AP beam arrays for cheap.
After that, run Sphere of influence twice to get the warp core and an omni directional AP beam array.
A step between stars can be re-run to get the solanae deflector, shields and engines, which are not a bad set, especially if you are on a budget or have little to nothing to get reputation gear with yet.
Unless you are after a transphasic torpedo build, the breen set stuff is probably not worth mentioning.
There's probably a few things I forgot, but that should help you out if needed.
If that isn't enough help, it's probably time to look at your ship, bridge officer setup, skills, etc. to see if some improvements there can be done to help out. Please go to the STO academy web site, use the skill planner to create a virtual setup for your ship, bridge officers, gear, skills, etc., use the option at the end of the process to create a web link, copy it and post it in this thread to ask for the community to look it over to help you out. The game is quite overwhelming at first and easy to make a ton of mistakes unknowingly that make things much harder on yourself.

Most of the STFs are really designed for teams, not individuals. All it takes is one person who does not know how or want to cooperate with others and it can fail easily.
Any chatter you may have heard that you need 10k or better DPS in advanced space STFs is a load of TRIBBLE. Teamwork, working on the same targets together, cooperating, coordinating actions and even healing each other can lead to success without much DPS. You still need DPS/ Damage to kill things, though. When you have high DPS, it means you can ignore some aspects of teamwork and still succeed. Combine high DPS and teamwork and awesome things happen. Being crappy at both will end badly, which is probably what you have experienced already.
Teamwork and DPS, or the lack of one or both of them, have a similar effects on ground missions too.
There are often guides made up and posted in these forums you can look at to make sure you are using the right strategies and teamwork concepts for it to succeed. You can't fix others easily, but you can make sure you are doing your best possible.
,if this is normal? Because of the difficulty and also because the mission gotta successfully accomplish that reward but most can not finish so nobody plays like that, and it seems every day
Some missions are not enough for 5-member teams but 10 member teams
borg disconnected - the mission is not complete as advanced as it is absurd elite
Space missions elite nobody plays
overly much npc that have excessive big dmg and life
in terms of advanced mission and play only the ones that are going to meet a rest too nobody plays
yours change PVE missions for random selection and fleet action done fiasco
it's just an opinion on the game which, thanks to recent amendments to lose their attractiveness does not sting me ceases to shebang fun
I have to say google translate makes humans much more interesting. Who doesn't want shebang fun??
I've been pugging elites lately with my only game friend. We haven't found an elite borg disconnected yet but we've done very well in all other choices. About 95% success. The wait has averaged from 1 to 2 minutes.
I do note some sort of lag or error in the number of people listed in queue. Often for a 5 person mission we will see 6 and 7 people listed and it sits for maybe a minute and doesn't go. Then maybe the number jumps to 4.
Captain Jean-Luc Picard: "We think we've come so far. Torture of heretics, burning of witches, it's all ancient history. Then - before you can blink an eye - suddenly it threatens to start all over again."
"With the first link, the chain is forged. The first speech censured, the first thought forbidden, the first freedom denied, chains us all irrevocably."

Most Elites (Bughunt is an exception) are played only in premades, and are not meant to be pugged.
P.S.: Next time you want to blacken your pictures, you might want to include your injuries^^

I win 100% of elite ground STFs in pugs minus Defend Rh'lhho station which gets the rare fail full of phasers or something silly.
The other exceptions are as you mentioned the only borg one and the Nukara one that no one plays. I don't have a TR right now so I avoid the borg one. As far as Nukara goes I had one where 2 of us got stuck in spawn cause someone ran out early and started it. Another where I loaded in to an already failed mission? The third we started out great but the thing just randomly and instantly blew (people said it's a post DR bug that happens). So no success there even though I can parse serious damage on the other Nukara one. So if you and your friend are looking for another let me know, I'm pretty big on trying new stuff and expanding. Also the rewards are being increased on the Nukara one. As far as TR-116 I plan to get one at some point. In the meantime I'm running shotgun with appropriate gear to almost double its damage and a perfect split beam (elite Mk 14 antiproton etc.)

I like the shotgun, especially since I am often at close range. It was a pretty sweet reward. I've actually never done the nukara missions, but we like the rhihho and bug hunt and khittommer. We're willing to try Nukara for sure too. Send a shout to @julisong sometime.

Will do, I can get you caught up on how to blow Nukara to bits in short order as well.
I'm super-frustrated by the Advanced PVE space queue missions. I haven't passed one since Delta Rising, and I used to pass them on a regular basis. Playing with Mk XIV AP beams and canons and either the Jem'hadar or Kobali Mk XIV sets. I find that there are SO MANY enemies that my team barely gets to focus on the objectives. It sucks not being able to get the Isomorphic Injections or their Voth / Solenae equivalents.

I get your pain. Advanced kind of suck to do these days if one does not end up in good team.
Though if you want Isometric Injectors then Undine Infiltration is the way to go. Just remember to remind the others that defending the orb and fire fighting are not optional. Some players are naive enough to believe that just because Cryptic wrote optional in mission update they are... you know optional. :P
