Does anyone else wish there were Fleet Special Projects that took only one type of donation?
One job for Fleet Marks, One for Dilithium and so on?
My fleets are running into the problem of having tons of one thing and no projects available for it.
Having a project that takes only one item but gives normal Fleet Credits but only limited Fleet XP would help a lot.
Pretty sure it's intentional regarding the dilithium end of it. If they had dilithium only ones people wouldn't touch them. If they had anything else only except dilithium people would jump on them. The short of it is you gotta pay the dilithium. I mean correct me if I'm wrong but isn't it fair to assume that having too much dilithium is not your issue? xD
Maybe it's not that you have too much other stuff but that you have too little dilithium.
We don't have a glut of dili, but we get that part done in reasonable times.
Fleet Marks are the real problem. They pile up so quickly from DOff CXP turn ins and other things that they are hard to use.
There is the "Unload surplus fleet marks" project already, under the "Special" tab - it takes 2000 fleet marks and IIRC 5 minutes to run, but it only pays out 25 fleet credits per mark instead of the standard 50. Still, my fleet has been simply slotting that and running it back to back to allow people to... erm.. unload their surplus fleet marks.
Starting just today building a fleet, my problem is getting some stuff/things, e.g. for one project I need 27 Peregrine fighters and where the hell am I supposed to get them ?

Yep, same with my fleet. In short it already exists, the conversion rate just blows. Plus whoever is running them in my fleet insta fills the fleet marks in any other projects which is kinda a bummer.

You're assuming everyone is a high enough level to have that project. My fleet is level 16 and doesn't have it. Whether it comes with the sci/eng/tac tier who knows...

Nah just pointing him to where it will be in case he was trying to scavenge for it.
I could be wrong (wouldn't be the first time) but I believe that project is only available with a T5 Starbase. If you're not T5, you can't get that project to dump marks.
It makes sense for it to be T5, since once your base is T5, there's not much else to use them with. But I do feel the pain of just sitting on thousands of fleet marks and having nowhere to use them. With a large active fleet there are dozens of players camping the projects when they finish and new ones start. I've not been able to use any fleet marks in months, and they just keep adding up.
