APU Doff Broken?

So the old Season 5 Tribble testing reward doff, the APU which has "doubles chance to expose" as it's active roster ground power, doesn't seem to be doubling anything, as without traits, or doffs, it's the same flat 10%, add the doff, still 10% (percentage pulled from the power tray selection list for tachyon harmonic).

just curious if a dev could take a look into this to see if it's functioning at all, because it's not turning up in the tool tips from what i can see.

    Just thought i'd drop back by, since everyone has been off and about for the holidays, to wonder if this was still the case.....
