Captain Smirk, Why No Comms on Winter Ship Discount Issue?

Smirk, I'm honestly a little angry. I'm really disappointed that we got no word whatsoever from you or anyone at Cryptic today on when the fix will hit Holodeck. Imagine things from the players prospective. This bug has been left alone way too long and should've gotten a hot fix right away.

This is how I feel as a loyal player of this game: like a chump. I feel like a chump for continuing to support and play this game considering how bad your communication is and inability to address major game bugs. CaptainSmirk, please talk to Cryptic and find out for us when this will be fixed and let us know asap.

If it's an exploit, it's fixed in a heartbeat. If it's something that hurts the players, it's not a priority.
How do you think that looks?

    Smirk only appears when there's been some new shiny thing posted and he wants his e-ween stroked at ESD. When people started to ask him tough questions instead of showering him with praises, he went "HEY LOOK OVER THERE!" and tossed a ninja smokebomb at his feet.

    Maybe he and the crew he works with are having another lovely potluck. It's a good excuse to ignore the player-base.

    Oh come on Now . . .

    Wait until Wed night / Thursday morning to start another thread. 100% of the player base in concerned about this. Nothing will happen until the next update anyway

    You should know how this goes. If you wait until something goes live to complain about it, it is too late to do anything about it. If you complain about it before it goes live you're suppose to wait until it goes live because it's just in testing.

    No Orangitis! I will not chillax! Haha ok, I'm chillaxing now. But still waiting to hear when this junk will be fixed. In the meantime, I'll play other games...games that love me and care about me.

    My guess would be the Holidays. Either the person that could ask the question and post the reply on the forums isn't there, or the person that fixes the problem isn't there. Or both.

    Though, maybe not even that. Cryptic doesn't usually talk all that much about ongoing issues. Players always want more information, and they rarely get it. Wouldn't get my hopes up here...
