Help me improve my build - Chel Grett

Hi everyone, a few days ago I got my Chel Grett, this is the build i came up with.
I was flying Cruisers before so i m still learning.
Currently I m going with 1 purple and 2 blue Damage control eng for EptX CD, 1 blue Warp Core Eng and 1 purple Shield Dis Officer
My boffs have 2xLeadership, Pirate and Efficient traits
All suggestions are welcome

As for your boffs, get rid of one of the scatter volleys and get a rapid fire.
I'll probably change one CSV for CRF
I went with TSS because i was not used to being squishier after "real" cruisers, somehow i thought my shields are going down way fast. I will try with PH.
Weapons with +CtrlD, thats next on my list.
Unfortunately I'm in a level 1 fleet so i can't get any fleet gear.
I already have a complete Breen Set but somehow never tried it, i guess Solanae looked better "on paper" to me.
Yeah, I m using Obelisk Core mainly for stats.
Just a few days ago i got to T5 rep (only Undine and Delta still at T4)
Any suggestion what set is good for this build? I don't have resources to get them all and try out.
Also should i drop one dhc and put torp?
