did cryptic FINALY fixed discount for winter ships ?

so if i claim any of these ships for 1k did i get them for 40 on all chars ? i know that is not case for certain ships and playrs.
Whcih are conditions to get that discount ?

    The Chell Grett discount for those that got it during the 2012 Winter Event is working on Tribble. Have no idea about the other problems.

    The discounts (on the two older ships) still do not work as intended. Normally though, you're right. You'd claim them for 1000 pictures on one character, and you'd be able to get them on a secondary (or tertiary etc) character for 40 pictures.

    Didn't work for me today. I completed the carrier a few days ago and got the discount, but finished the other two ships today and the discount was not applied.

    It seems like it depends on when you unlocked the discount as to whether it works or not. For me, the only discount that doesn't work is the Chell Grett, but I unlocked the Plesh Brek last Winter Event.

    The newest ship seems to be fine however the discount for the older ones doesn't work if your just trying to unlock it this year. So basically they forgot about the older ships and just fixed the new one I think?

    anyhow i would think it will get patched on the first patch after the holidays (next week) and before the event is over so I am waiting to claim them on alts.

    Even if they fix the code, that code won't be applied till at least the next patch, so gotta wait till at least then. They just better get it in before the end of the event or they're gonna have a lot of pissed off people (especially people who want the frigate pets).

    The older ships are not getting the discount. The new ship is fine however.

    The Chel gret ship is still not working for me. I have done all the ships and only that ship is still asking for 1000 q pics. I even done it on another of my tools just to be sure and Nada. I still have todo 1000 q pics for my other tools. Get off your assistance devs and fix please.

    so you think it is wise to play safe and wait for new patch or try to play rullete to get that dicount and mayby not.

    Run the project and if the project requires 1000 autographs, then cancel it. If you already achieved 1000 autographs and have the ship on another character, then wait for the new patch and use those autographs for the next event or purchase one of the other Breen ships.

    I am waiting till the next thursday because they have already stated they found one of the causes and its slated to be patched so there is a good chance it will be at least partially fixed next week.

    The event isnt over till the 15th so no harm waiting really

    Problem is that ALL ships are suposed to have that discount, not only t6 carrier.

    As others have pointed out the Chel Grett (cruiser/destroyer) problem has been known for several weeks with a working fix on the test server that just needs to be pushed to the live server. The problem with the Plesh Brekk is more recent but basically represents a breakdown of the discount system (at least for the Winter event) for some reason which will hopefully be resolved on the order of "real soon now".

    I got my Chel Grett and Sarr Theln with active discounts.

    The Chel Grett comes from 2013, when the Raider was introduced. I got the Chel Grett during that year and the discount is active across all newly created toons. The Sarr Theln's discount also applies.

    I've acquired the Plesh Brek this year and no discount was applied even to the toon that opened it.

    I got it last year and got the discount. People who got it this year aren't getting it. You're screwed if you got it this year, though.

    Got my Sarr Theln and the Plesh Brek with a working discount but the Chell Grett from the first event not. Still shows like i need 1000 pictures even on the character that has the ship running and upgraded to T5-U.

    The fix will be installed on tuesday. With the dual deflectors.

    In Star Trek, fixes always happen in tuesday. Some people are still looking which tuesday however.

    count me in as a frigate wanter. got 200k fleet cred burning a hole waiting for those shiney pleshies. Sigh i do so hope they fix the problem.

    Totally stealing this as my signature. I have all three ships now, but of course my toons only get the discount for the carrier. And I DID NOT PREVIOUSLY OWN ANY OF THE SHIPS before this current winter event. This is the very first time I've even done the winter event (even though I've been playing since season 5). :mad::mad:

    Heh, the discount for the carrier and not the other two ...WAS working for me.

    The "stability" patch fixed it to NOT work on any ship....

    It's Cryptic....

    Me too!

    Got the carrier just fine, bought the Raider for the pet unlock.. didn't work.

    This really needs to be addressed soon.
