Structural Integrity Increasers (+Hull)

Hey All!

I've been working on getting my Advanced Obelisk Carrier (T5-U) to have as much hull as possible. Currently I've gotten it up to 97k and some change, but I was curious if there were any secret tips or tricks out there to eek some more hull out of something?

At the moment I've maxed applicable skills that affect structural integrity, obtained through blood and tears 5 MK12 +hull armors and have ranked my carrier up so that I've gotten the +10% hull. I'm also using a deflector with +35 structural integrity. As far as I know, there aren't any shields/engines/warp cores that give structural integrity?

I know that at 60th level I'll gain some more hull, and I'm going to be eventually getting the Nukara +hull trait.

So, anyone with over 100k hull have any pointers?

Thanks!

Fleet Dilithium Mine consoles such as the Nuetroniums have +Hull. You'll also want to look for a deflector with [SIF]. That will help increase your hull points as well. On the fleet starbase, you can get the engineering boosts, as well as prototype ablative jevonite from the exchange. I've got a tanky loadout on my T5U Assault Cruiser, and I'm able to get about 125,000 hull, and close to 70% resist on all weapon types.

If you have 200 lobi, the silent enemy space set has a universal console with 17.2 structural integrity that you could drop into a science console slot.

Also the delta and solonae deflectors tie as the highest sif bonus, so you do have two options if the other set items and/or bonuses help your build differently.

Here's what I'm doing. Some of the below might be tips you've already tried.

    Delta Deflector XII
Fleet Dilithium Mine -> Enhanced Neut [+HullHP] (gives +XX.X Starship Hull)
T2 Nukara (Fortified Hull, gives +5% hull)
T4 Nukara (Aux: Defense, make sure to run as much aux power as possible)
    Prototype Jevonite ship device
Elite Engineering Boost (from the fleet op guy on the fleet starbase)
    Level 60
Skill tree: max out Starship Structural Integrity

Even without the Prototype Jevonite and Elite Eng boost, and only at T2 starship mastery on my sci Oddy, I'm reaching just under 90k hull.

I've got five of the Nuetronium MK12s. My deflector is the MK12 Solenae with ~35 SIF. I've never heard of prototype jevonite... Is it better than the Nuetronium with the +10 SIF?

My resists aren't anywhere near yours. I think (since the server apparently died, I can't check) mine are around 53? I just got the +25 resists from my starship mastery, so I'm not exactly sure.

But 125k hull? Damn. I'm struggling to hit 100k and you've got 125? Guess I'm missing a bunch. I can't imagine that the 60th level hp bonus and the nukara give THAT much :P

Thanks for the tips everyone. I'll get it

Aside from the rep boosts, the primary source of hull boosts is fleet Eng Consoles--from a tier 3 fleet mine. these can be increased in quality beyond very rare which might give you a little extra, but upgrading fleet consoles has proved to be a major gamble...

Other than eng consoles, the only real ship equip that buffs the hull is deflectors with SIF. in non-deflector slots, SIF boosts hull repair, in the deflector, it buffs hull hp.

The Crafted sci console may be a special exception. it is designed to possibly yield eng procs so it could conceivably have [hullhp] but I havn't tested this myself, and if it does, whether it works or not.

for overall defense, the omega deflector is decent, but there are a couple others that are a little better. for absolute endgame, the Delta deflector boosts hull more than any other. note that you need 5 ancient power cells to get this baby, in addition to it's other costs, so its very tough to get before you hit lvl 60.

T5u and T6 ships also increase their hull gradually till ship mastery is hit.

Prototype Jevonite is a ship device (very rare). You can find a bunch on the Exchange. All you do is equip it and actiavte, and it lasts for 15 minutes.

...Uh, what? The [HullHP] modifier on the Enhanced Neuts and Starship Structural Integrity boost hull hit points, not SIF.

with an aux-nuk build the solenae is tied, otherwise, the delta is better.

Why exactly is the delta considered better? Because of the additional +hull heal? I can see that being fairly nice, but it can't equate to all THAT much? What? Another few hull points per heal? Or is it like OMFG noticeable?

Working on Nukara, but probably won't finish before my leave is up and I go back to Basic Training, so I'll finish in three months

The Jevonite Hardpoints Consumable is kind of a stretch, being a consumable, and obtainable through a Duty Officer assignment. If it's cheap enough from the Exchange (I don't know really), sure you can stockpile them, but if not, it becomes a maintenance chore having to run the assignments and stuff. The only way I see them being useful is in PvP, but if they don't persist through death, they can quickly become an expensive asset.

Same goes for Elite Engineering Boost, if you value your fleet credits.

With two [HullHP] consoles on an upgraded and L4 Recluse, I've managed to hit 86K. The increase is very low if I max Aux or not (Nukara trait), just about 2K extra. Another console with [HullHP] will also increase the final amount by just a little. I found out that upgrading the consoles gives an extremely minor boost to the SIF bonus, I don't think it's worth it.

My thoughts exactly, I'd rather have a baseline hull than be dependent on consumables. The T2 Nukara bonus is what I'm aiming for next, and eventually the T4 Aux bonus, it's something, even if only a little. Those coupled with my lvl60 hull bump should put me around 105k and some change.

Still not sure how zeryon01 got 125k, but it's possible that's based off of consumables.

Mk XIV fleet neutroniums with +HullHP will give considerable boosts.

Also there are craftable sci consoles with the same mods but they are difficult and expensive to get the right mods on and on the exchange they cost stupid amounts of EC's.

Solanae deflector is a good best as it's free to obtain and the highest boost in game apart from the Delta one.

Also don't forget any maxed out skills that affect your hull HP and armour too (forget the names), that'll give you a fairly decent boost.

oddly busting out over 100k hull points may be a good idea now with how much damage single crits can have with epic crafted gear please let me know how it works
