Unable to unlock raider and cruiser discount, did not participate in earlier events

NOTE: All unlocks that I have earned are from THIS year. None are from previous years. I did not have any glossy pics saved from the other events.

I am unable to claim discounted Raiders or Cruisers for 40 pics from Winter Wonderland, even on the characters that earned the Raider or Cruiser.

I earned 1000 glossy pics on my main Fed, Klingon, and Romulan. Each character unlocked a different ship. I also earned over 800 on a 4th character.

My Fed earned the Carrier, my Romulan the Raider, and my Klingon the Cruiser.

    I too have the same problem.
    Fed tac Reven@revan232 Carrier got the discount
    Rom fed Aldar@revan232 Raider no discount
    Rom fed Xiomek@revan232 Cruiser no discount

    i just started playing this year and i want the ships (too use and have)

    please Cryptic/Arc fix this issue.
    I do like this game and you do not have to play it if you do not.

    Known bug, the devs have a fix inbound so probably see a fix this Thursday ( no promises tho ).
    Also search for earlier threads as this has been a known bug since the beginning of the winter event, hopefully soon we will all see a result.

    I have not seen posts describing my problem exactly, most all of them involve previous unlocks on older systems. I have not used the older system, every ship was earned today for me.

    The problem you're experiencing is the reason why the patch didn't go live earlier, they needed more time to sort it out ( also the holidays started ), hopefully they will have this nasty little bug fixed asap, then we all can enjoy multiple breen ships ( for 40 pics that is ).
    Just keep an eye on any thread about the breen ships with INVESTIGATING in the title.
