Seriously. Get it together.

We finally get enough people together to have a nice 10v10 match, no thanks for Cryptic doing their best to kill off PvP.

Get the match organized, fire it up, ready to go.

And what happens? Everyone gets Server Not Responding and then DC'd after literally the first shot is fired.

Seriously? Is this what we pay for? How is it that STO can't even support a simple match? Why can players, who stuck through all of the PvP BS we face, not even set up a match ourselves without getting shafted?

    Someone must be using both the dauntless trait and carrier trait at the same time.

    Game crasher.

    Don't worry happens all the time in PvE

    Wasn't even that. It was literally two beam strikes and 1 torpedo fired.

    And then the game pooped the bed.

    Metrics must of measured the amount of fun you guys were having and decided to effect counter measures to stop this unauthorized behaviour. You should know to only play authorized content Geko has approved.

    Or, y'know, someone at Cogentco (the ISP just upstream from the single Cryptic server farm) was feeling pissy again. Happens from time to time - Mindseye was thisclose to being killed by rubberbanding backwards into hostile mobs in CO this afternoon. (Telepathic characters aren't noted for their physical resilience, as a rule.)

    OP, I sympathize as a former PvPer who hasn't touched it since DR crept on us. It is time to do like the rest of us have already done and move on. Just log in when you feel the itch to "fire phasers" ... and then go play something that is fun.

    Was a heal or non-damage buff enabled by anyone?

    Yeah, I was talking to peeps in the StarTrekBattles channel, and people started talking about repetitive lagspikes, and then everyone DCed.... I couldn't login again so I did something else for a few hours.
