Open up your change ui placement and, look for the specialty bar, than relocate it.
It might take a couple goes at it but, it has normally resolved the issue for me.
What seems to happen to me, is it acts like the specialty bar was turned off or, it simply forgets it ever existed in the first place, than poof it is back again.
Hopefully this might help your situation.

look at the T5 screen Sensor Analysis between ST I and SS III
and now look at the T5U screen .... nothing between ST I and SS III.....:mad:
yes the skill is still gone
it's just not there anymore, in the skill window, it's gone
To you guys that own a Orb Weaver please keep this thread alive until the matter is either listed in known issues, or preferably fixed.
yup, just logged in to check it out, nothing has changed post patch

What that means is this is not a universal issue, and so a programmer will have to dig into the data of one or more of your characters to see what went wrong, and that takes a lot of time.
So, thanks for the reports, and I'm sorry it took so long for me to reply.
Upgraded Orb weaver up to T5U, lost sensor analysis.
So, months to acknowledge that our problem does exist, and "that takes a lot of time" for the potential fix....
Will this maybe/possibly/hopefully be fixed before T5U is completely obsolete? Because once T6F comes out that is where T5U will be, especially with the lack of any hybrid seating.
My Phantom Intel has NO Precise weapon systems, Tactical Manevyering, Enhanced Weapons systems and Devastating weaponry i got the ship Monday 2nd feb i have look everywhere to find those missing systems i can not find it, my other ships have it . AND yes i have look in my Availabe skill tray to look for them i have put a picture for proof please fix this has i give you company money and the ship is broken i can not use it well

Hate to admit it, but this does not surprise me at all since apparently this issue only applies to KDF players with an orb weaver. Would not want the KDF to actually use a science ship now would we?

I believe I purchased mine off the exchange pre-t5u, I was enamored with the console, I unboxed it before t5u existed, never flew it. then, after t5u was implemented, I upgraded it, and took it out to try to level the mastery. that's when I had my wtf moment.
it was a pretty active time deleting all the ships I got while leveling up and adding some new ones, I had to login and logout from time to time to get my ship list to show properly at times, but I never had any hard bugs where items were actually lost (knock wood). the main thing that got impacted frequently is ship setups and loadouts, when the ship list was altered with an addition or deletion.
you know, you are always better off making your own thread for this sort of thing. I understand how frustrating things can be. But it's the quickest path. Include ingame ticket numbers too.
I won't be an apologist for the dev team, you are right. But that's just not the way things seem to work around there. fixes are either underfunded or under-prioritized or both. and snark doesn't seem to improve it. even justified snark.
that being said though, I think you guys would retain more customers over time, get more purchasers and whales and whatnot if fixes were better funded and prioritized. but w/e, maybe there aren't enough beans in the pot. who knows.

The problem with no Sensor Analysis ist still present on my Orb Weaver (T5U).
Changing the ship, relog, map changes and searching in the HUD Options doesn´t solve the problem.
The charname is "Ralok" (KDF-Reman) on this account.

Guess you didn't read the 2/19 patch notes. There was a fix for feds and anyone who opens the orb weaver box after 2/19 patch, but not for kdf/aligned characters who already have an orb weaver out of the box. We get to wait until some time in the future with no ETA given for this fix for us.

This fix will be applied for all Tholian Orb Weavers upgrading to T5-U going forward.

So your orb weaver off the exchange was already unboxed? That is amazing since they become bound once you open the box it comes in, or did I say "open the LOCK box"? Pretty sure that is not what I said, so doesn't matter if you used keys or the exchange to get your ship to still have issues with it. So happens I bought mine off the exchange as well way back, long before DR and the upgrade system, and guess what? It still lacks sensor analysis. So your sarcasm, while I'm sure you feel that you are witty, is just you being a jerk to those of us who do play this game on KDF characters who have not gotten a fix and most likely never will.
