    Bearing in mind all you'll get is a fixed mod added, and a [Cp/Rg] one at that, you're wasting your time and funds imo.

    Are those elite fleet shields?
    If so, did you [Adapt] function still work after upgrading?

    Did you use experimental tech as they cut down how many techs you need by around half.

    It's kind of like ground weapons you don't epic those unless it's by accident just to gain and extra dmg and crth mod. On ground there is justification for ultra rare however. 80 or 100 severity via crtd x 4

    Meh I only epiced a couple of my ground stuff by accident. I will still gladly use my MK 13 UR stuff.
