Advice on improving DPS on this setup

I don't know how much DPS i will get with this setup and skills. anyone have advice how to increase the DPS?.

    Personally I'd swap out the field gen for a plasmonic leech if you've got the funds, but you'll need to switch out the MACO shield as they cancel each other out, Maybe go for an Elite fleet [ResB] [reg] [Adapt] proc as a compromise.

    I thought of that. but the Phantom dose a low shield modifier 0.9. if i remove the field generator. i will lose a very large amount of shield strength and will likely die easly. any ideas?

    EDIT: i just did a little research. i can switch the shield gen for a Leech. but i need advice between 2 Shields.

    Adapted MACO shield. or Elite Fleet Shield.

    If you advice a fleet shield. which type do you suggest?. COV/RES/REGEN

    i have also switched the engines to adapted maco combat
