Concussive Tachyon Emission Trait not found in active abilities list

Like the title says, Concussive Tachyon Emission Trait not found in active abilities list and cant slot it in tray.
When I first select it in traits screen it gets in the tray on the older trait's position but it goes away on first map change.
Isn't it an active space trait? Status in Delta tier 5 says active power but mousing over it and on traits list the 'active space' isnt mentioned....and if it is a passive after all...how does it work?
Anyone any idea?

yes you re right it s actually a ground one, although in rep status list says space, and yes it works on ground.
No idea why it was showing in my space abilities tray...
I know there has been alot ogf confusion about it...being that it read like a huge DPS and shield kiloing space power.. now its changed what it says ( 300-somthing Dps power)--assuming ground now.
But regardless ---this disappointing delta rep system I cant use anyway-- The 'trait' is not listed under ground, space or personal.... wher eis it supposed to be!???

It is on the last traits list (active reps) , not ground ones.
And for me it says 314 kinetic damage
