a question about dyson tier 1

apologies if this does not belong here, didn't know where else to put it.
i recently finished the tier 1 dyson rep, it states after i done the upgrade that i have a choice between 2 traits, but i don't see anywhere that i can choose one of them.
do i do that after the mission i get from doing the upgrade project or is there some other way to choose from them that i missed?

    your traits are available after you claim tier 1 from the upgrades area of the dyson projects. This is literally a 5 second project that costs literally 5 marks. Go ahead and do that now.

    To equip them, go to your traits page and look in the area for reputation traits (split by ground and space).
