Does any other male Romulan have a problem locating the frosty long winter coat?

I purchased the long frosty coat for my male Romulan, but cannot see it under Off-duty > Jacket Loose Long.
I am certain I have unlocked it because I purchased it again and the system message came up that I was only allowed to have 1 of this item when I tried to open it again.

The only items I see under the menu where it should be are Intel long, Intel short, Decorated and Talaxian.

I have checked the other menus too - nothing there. It is not crucial for gameplay, but I do like to match my wife whilst we explore and shoot snowmen.

Any assistance would be appreciated,

    It should be somewhere among the normal uniforms not the Off-duty stuff, at least mine are.

    The winter coats are normal wear, not off-duty. You can put it on at any tailor and wear them anywhere.

    thanks for your replies - mine is nowhere to be found. Not under Offduty-Loose Jackets Long, nor under uniform>jacket loose.

    I shall post on the bug reports forum.

    You can find it under the off-duty but, normally easier to find in the uniform section!
