How do I block Fleet Map Invites???

Hi, I got an annoying troll spamming Fleet Map Invites to me. As soon as I decline the troll sends another invite. This has been happening for over 1 hour. In general, it has not been that annoying because most of that time I hide it under the Chat Window and I have been looking at the Exchange, changing out ship equipment…
