missing winte hat

this is the ONLY item i wanted this year and its bugged! i dont want to have to buy it again so fix it and give it back!!!! :mad::mad::mad::mad:

    Hat also not available for choice after purchasing it for my male Orion. Not available on any of the uniform selections for KDF crew either.

    The hat is only available for Off Duty outfits. Check there.

    Not available in any of the selection options: off duty/uniform etc.

    For my Fed Liberated Borg, I've found you must have both the Off-Duty Uniform, plus the 'Head' category for hats selected. nothing else will work...

    Did you open the box where the hat is in?
