Winter Event 2014

With the Winter event starting on Thursday (according to uin game calander) Has there been any info in the ship or other info relating to the event this year or have I missed blogs.

    First announcement that there is going to be a winter event today, tomorrow will be event details an what ship its going to be, Wednesday will be ship info.
    Now that's how it was handled past events but, new redesign of the wonderland needs to be explained and, new features also explained so we might get a few blogs here an there.

    I just hope that they don't do like the DR release, and not release some of the blogs till a week or two after it is live. By that point, it is pointless, because we already know it. Lol.

    Will this ship like previous other events be discounted for other characters once obtained on one character, I would be pissed to only do it on one to find out it doesnt discount it for the rest.

    yes from what Smirk said it well be discounted for your alts unless said otherwise.

    A while back I wondered how come there weren't more cryo weapons to be had outside of the CRM 200 plus the cryo launcher and immobilization module from Nukara. It pleases me to see these kit modules and cores show up as if in belated response...

    ...but since 'cryoplasma' exists now, it does not seem unreasonable to expect an associated range of personal and starship weapons to eventually appear... bonus points for their related damage accolades.

    I dont like the look of the new ship, would look REALLY nice if it wasnt for the damn fins on the top and bottom of the ship.

    Fast and furious start times differ from what is in the NPC chat.
