OPvP Rising video

I couldn't come up with better name then Delta PvP Rising LOL.
But yeah, I'm back after 2 weeks and here is a video I promised with scenes from 10 or more 10v10 games with more then 50 different players in.

1 longer feature of one 10v10 with spectacular scenes, 1 featured 1v1 Scryer vs Vesta and bunch of scenes from other 10v10 games in one maybe bit surprising package.

Don't know what changed besides new Intrepid pack when i was gone, but yeah hopefull for better.

    well, i did it on and off over a span of 1-2 weeks. for last part of OPvP montage i composed music and sound effects as well, and all other music is heavily remixed. video edit was much quicker.

    Good video as usual. I'd gladly accept to do a 1v1 with my Aventine against a Scryer, I have some tricks to bend the hull. :P

    And OPvP is lively place, that's nice. Reading the forums and not logging in one would think there is no one playing PvP, I just needed to make a video that disproves that.

    there might actually be hope, according to the PI podcast, patrols should be paying out quite a bit more xp, probably will next patch. and if thats the case, i might feel it worth my time to play garren every 2 minutes 500 times, seeing as pvp is sort of surviving.

    of course i just get absolutely creamed with my level 64 to 68 characters, none of which have a single thing upgraded yet.

    Although I agree Aventine is a great ship, I think it doesn't stand a chance against a Scryer.

    Thanx, Sal and guys thanx for thoughts here and in game and most of all for playing OPvP games and PvP in general and keeping it well alive and kicking.
    There are some spectacular scenes/maneuvers by players in video, like Nekoru noticed his own in his comment on YT.

    When editing and evaluating the footage i always come to some scenes i never saw before, that scene when Nekoru's Kar'fi rock'n'rolls through exploding wreckage of Hannibal's Recluse was one of the best I ever saw, almost movie-like.

    Btw I just noticed at the end of the video... "Defiant class Development - Antares Fleet Yards" emblem.

    Then i thought about Defiant ingame.

    And I got sad. :(

    That is why it's there. Let's just say that every cloaking escort/warbird/BoP is more Defiant then Defiant in STO.

    Defiant in STO is as useful as a marzipan TRIBBLE.

    More will come soon, but in a bit different format(I can't stick to one :)
    I have fresh material with some intriguing stuff, or rather some clarity over how some new skills actually function in some situations.
