UI Request: Resize and realign skill trays

Devs, add an option to resize the trays, and an option to allow either or both of them to be horizontal or vertical.

    This is the wrong section for this, it should be in the controls and user interface section.
    You can resize the trays by changing the ui scale in options, but I agree being able to change the orientation would also be very handy.
    If something is not broken, don't fix it, if it is broken, don't leave it broken.

    Personally I think it would be a miracle if they would finally fix the forever ongoing tray issue where things are constantly removed / not saved to the tray properly.

    We also need to be able to DELETE loadouts. Every ship I created a loadout for has the tray issues magnified, so I've stopped making any on any new ships I get, but I still suffer the bugs, just not as often.

    @cosmicsunwind, i've actually found the 'saved layouts' feature to be absolutely vital to playing the game now. Just like everyone else i'm sure, i frequently (about 6 times an hour) have all of my space doffs pop out of their slots, consoles and device items popping out of their slots, and tray powers disappearing. So once i've got everything set the way i like it, i save the layout and from then on it's as simple as clicking the layout to put everything back in place.

    I already have my UI scale set to 90%. That isn't what i'm talking about. I'd like to resize the trays, and just the trays. Meaning, change the number of boxes that appear vertically and horizontally in a given tray. I was spoiled by the City of Heroes and EverQuest UIs. =)

    As for where the post should be made, maybe a CM will be nice enough to move it for us if they deem it necessary.

    I actually have a vertical tray on my main character. I cannot for the life of me remember how I did it, though. :confused:
