Extremely Rare and Epic Duty Officers

Where can you find these DOFF's other than the exchange?

    I think they are basicaly only one-off specials, lilke the EMH 1 DOFF. There is no way to get random ones or something like that.

    Right now there is only 1 epic duty officer that is the EMH mark 1 you get as a mission reward.

    There are 14 Ultra Rares you can get from C-Store duty officer packs. One includes Rabani the doff originally meant to be the romulan reward for the junior officer event and another is a duplicate of the exocomp but ultra rare quality. Wiki claims a 12.1% chance to get one per box.

    Then there are 4 Ferengi Ultra Rares from the Privateer Cadre boxes which only drop from the ferengi lockbox, but these have pretty bad stats and no abilities.

    Are you sure? I have three of them and they are Very Rare not Ultra Rare.

    That article on the wiki is before the Ultra Rare and Epic rarity come to game. That "ultra rare" in article isn't ultra rare in game.

    Edit: Also checked Rabani on exchange. He is only very rare too. I don't think, there is any ultra rare doff in game right now.

    There are no Ultraviolet (Ultra Rare) Doffs in STO yet. When the wiki calls them "Ultra Rare" it means it not in the quality-level sense but in the "They are very very difficult to acquire and are hence more rare to find than a Very Rare doff; in other words 'ultra' rare" sense.
