I'd like to thank the devs for fixing my issues with my boff abilities being remove from my skill tray when switching between space and ground. I put a note in the thread you guys posted for it, and the next day it was taken care of. Thank you so much.

Lucky you, but I'm positive this issue isn't fixed for the vast majority of players.

The things we could "thank" the devs for...in reality, though, it's PWE calling the shots. They no NOTHING of the Trek universe and refuse to listen to their playerbase. Okay, so CBS has to approve the use of new content...seems like they've been pretty fair with PWE from a business perspective. PWE is only concerned with their bottom line. Nothing else matters. The devs are essentially monkeys running around doing what they're told. They annoy the hell out of me, yes. But it isn't completely their fault.
My Old Blog about things that could and should have been added when I wrote it. Not sure what I want to do with it now. I'll just keep it available now that most of it is outdated.

Give it time for this work-in-progress to get where they want it to be. Might be lucky one day just don't know. They do need to figure out why the layout and load-out are acting up again though.
I'm not saying that people aren't still having problems with loadouts, but for me at least it's not as bad as it was. It was so bad I couldn't even change one console without losing everything. It got so bad I had to use an alt to transfer repair mats and items because I didn't want to go to a ground map. Now, after I redid all of my saved loadouts, I'm not having any problems.
It doesn't seem to be an issue anymore; if I lose one or two things on the ability tray, all I have to do is reload the loadout. Only takes seconds, and unlike before, actually puts everything back the way I last saved it.
At worst, it actually adds one or two Boff abilities. But it's far better than it was previously. And it works for single-saved loadouts as well.

It does put most things back when you reload the loadout, but it never gets my universal slots right. It puts one of my other boffs into the universal station and another random boff in its place, basically messing up my entire tray. All I have to do is resort my boffs, add the uni boff's abilities back to the tray, and carry on. However, that's a lot of junk to deal with when you've just entered a queue and are ready to rock and roll. This problem needs to go all the way away. Not just a little.

Are you sure you read the first post of this thread and know what it is about?

Well, the Devs were the ones who actually went in and fixed it. Those are the guys I'm thanking. Idk where all this other stuff came from, but I'm assuming you feel a little better after that rant?
I'd like to thank the devs for making more federation ships I don't want or aesthetically like, so that I can more easily focus my resources on my KDF & Romulan characters. The Mah'ta and Faeht are awesome and I plan to buy the Aelahl next, most likely, and perhaps an upgrade token for my Harpia class Romulan Dyson Ship.
Thanks for the Advanced Light Cruiser, Allied Escort Bundles, Jem-Hadar Light Battlecruiser, and Mek'leth

Ah, yes, the annoying tray bug. Not gone for me. But rejoice, they fixed it after it first appeared with LoR. I'm sure they will fix it again until the next update.

The problem is still there. And it's still a pain in the TRIBBLE.
It tends to vary at different times with different maps. And the UI bugs aren't just issues with the space power tray.
Sometimes I simply have to put my consumables back in the power tray. Sometimes I have to reequip the batteries on the damned ship from inventory. Other times my entire power tray is screwed up.
I've actually had my traits on some characters get removed, and have to restore them to active status. Both character and rep traits.
Once I had to fill by Boffs skills back up, since the UI removed the points and put them back into the skill point pool. This happened after the last patch and XP "adjustment".
The damned R&D UI has been borked since Delta Rising launched, making it annoying to get my daily R&D projects going.
And it happens at various times, not just when I move from a ground-side map, or hub, to my character's ship. It happens in sector space when I log in on that character. It happens on system maps when I log in. On rare occasions, it happens when moving from sector space to system map, and vice versa. Sometimes it doesn't happen at all.
That's probably why it hasn't been fixed in a timely manner. It's so damned random, these UI bugs, that they are probably hard as hell to find in the code.

Time will only tell!
