this is what I have managed to work on so far, but I admit it can be better. I am looking for your expert advice to improve my offensive abilities.
My eventual plan is to upgrade most of the weapons/consoles to Mk XIV VR/UR. I am going to purchase three more "Console - Tactical - Vulnerability Locator Mk XII [+Pha]" and grinding to get the "Console - Universal Bio-Neural Gel Pack". Also striving to replace my existing Rare DOffs with Very Rare ones ultimately, as well as SRO Tactical BOffs from the Fleet Embassy.
Despite having APD1, I rarely use it. So perhaps y'all could also suggest a better BOff set-up.
I am not a noob entirely, but yes the numerics tend to overwhelm my enthusiasm for game-play, and am trying to make sense of the builds that have been recommended or shared here by other players.
I appreciate any guidance that y'all can give me.

With reference to the gear equipped, what are your thoughts?
Dont use DEM without the DOFF. A good alternative would be Aux2Sif providing some good heal and resistence buff... or whatever.
If you can get a Plasmonic Leech somewhere that would be great. You have an AMP Core, but weapon is the only system above 75, so mostly wasted. With the console you could also tweak your power levels a bit around.

Does seem a good mix of offense and defense? I am on my way to completing the Nukara Rep Projects for the deflector and shield. I will still keep my Romulan engines. And as edalgo stated, I will drop off my Conn Off Doffs for others that could be more beneficial.
Am also grinding EC's to be able to buy a Plasmonic Leech off the Exchange!
