Delta Holding

I think a good Fleet Holding in the Delta quadrant would be a drydock area in the Jenolan sphere with reverse-engineered ships belonging to the locals, which I previously mentioned in a game art section thread could just be set props, but now with a purpose.

    Whatever it is I think the Fleet T6 ships will be locked behind it.
