Lost items/ Upgrading to t5-u

I tried to Get help thru a ticket... they told me to submit a bug report lol.... x.x so here it is
So I go out and buy myself a PWE card. I get myself a upgrade token for my Ship. it upgrades, and Bam... No more gravimetric torpedo
( I have spares on my fighters but losing one I specifically crafted to mk 13 is painfull never the less because how can I get another now that ques are WAY tougher x.x)
XIII Gravimetric torpedo. Is missing from everything. my bank, my inventory, my overflow bag, and it never entered a discard bin I am aware of... it was just simply there before I upgraded to t5-u and afterwards it was not. and it was NO WHERE to be found.
My Upgraded Weapon Did not disappear in the process of being upgraded itself. But the process of The ship It was equipped to being upgraded.
So beware the ship upgrade tokens. you can be screwed over like me.
I fly a dyson science destroyer (reconisense or whatever you wanna call it)
Anyway if a dev can help (customer service told me to post here so I'm guessing I'm never going to get it back at this point) I'd be more then appreciative. I don't want to be Rolled back a month tho x.x

Im not bothering to get my lobi hirogin cannon back that "disappeared" Cryptic doesn't ****ing care.
Well you should atleast report it so it doesn't happen to others. like I am here. For your fellow player, Not cryptic.
I realize they "don't care" in certain situations... its company and game spanning... If you lose 300 dollars worth of stuff because of a bug on games like neverwinter or whatever they say tough luck.
Or if you Buy an exclusive item set, or pre order, and should they decide to pro-rate it further after launch or make it widly available.... these things are common practice at cryptic.
However; Sometimes; There are Good things done, Sometimes they do give you that item back, ban that bot/cheater, and actually converse with you for a few minutes and Not just copy paste responses back to you.
I know how frustrating it can be tho... but remember we can't expect the same results from a free to play game verses a subscription game where the response is instant.
I have also lost Items that I have upgraded. I upgraded the Zefram Cochrane shotgun and my Omega torpedo launcher both to XIV 2 days ago but after logging in again both items have vanished. I have looked everywhere but they do exist anymore.
I'm not going to upgrade or buy anything upgraded until this is resolved in case I lose it after a relog.
I could do with this sorting.
