Kobali ground battle = lots of fun

I just got to the action zone in my episodes. And already a few rounds on the planet. So far this place is lot better than the Romulan ground area. Just as fun as the Dyson was.

I was using my phaser pulse wave, but it didn't look like it was doing much for killing them. So I switch to my Borg Tactical Arm I got from the Borg mission. Now that sucker chews them up really good. I will try my other weapons in my collection as I keep working the trenches. To see what is the better weapons.

What is your weapon of choice on the trench war?

    I use the adapted MACO photon grenade launcher followed by a MACO phaser battle rifle sniper shot.

    Heavy weapons like the Borg arm are always great, and it also made me realize that miniguns are superior to blast assaults just because the rate of fire makes up for the hitting power

    As for the zone snipers are obviously a must, and a beam rifle, especially the dyson sphere ground armor set, is always useful

    I went with elite fleet full auto phaser rifle and the elachi crescent rifle. One shotting is possible with the crescent rifle sniper bolt shot if you use certain mods with it. On crit using right mods you can get 2.3k crit, and using mods without crit is about 1.7k. Enough to instant kill even the most elite players with if you get the shot off in pvp.

    Tr116B and zephs shotgun and you just rip through the enemy lines.

    I agree on rapid fire on those guys. Way they run around and constant on the move. You need something to nail them good. Plus range is good as well. So they won't swarm you for those flanking shots. The Dyson armor is good as it helps when you kneel down.

    I have a few other weapons I would like to try on them. As I do more of that zone. The Kobali weapon is also effective.

    The re-spawning needs to be looked at, I can be in a spot I just emptied, and then get swarmed at a speed im not sure has an label yet.

    But the thousand dil question is, what's the motive for me to play the warzone once I've beaten it's story and leveled to 60? It really doesn't pay that much of anything to be worth doing much there unlike the Dyson Voth Battlezone. Is there some things there with a decent pay I'm not aware of?
