TR-116b Secret

Did you know the Tr-116b currently does not bind to account when equip?
Meaning you can use and resell your TR-116b without it binding!

    I've noticed this. There's actually a number of other weapons that don't, as far as I've noticed since I've been levelling alts.

    Why in God's name would you want to resell that magical weapon... I really love doing 1400 full penetration exploit damage at a pretty frequent pace... I one-shotted an Undine only a few mins ago, it was a nice feeling...

    I see..... players discussing the TR-116b on forums, verbally flipping Cryptic 'the bird'. I see.... a big nerf to the TR-116b rifle......I also see many players crying on the forum with many rage/quit/irefusetospendmoneyonthegame threads....

    Who the heck are reselling their TR-116Bs, anyway? Especially after spending a large chunk of Dil to bring it up to Mk XIV?


    Right now, all this does is annoy me that I have to confirm I'm account-binding my Mk XIV rifle again, every time I pass it between my characters.

    May I make a suggestion?

    Considering that this is in the wild now and it will obviously fixed by Cryptic, make sure you have it on the char you want it to be on come next patch. Otherwise you may log after maintenance to find it's been bound to the last char it was fitted on.

    When it binds, won't it bind to account? That's not even an issue.

    This is a bug that benifits the players, as such we can expect to see it fixed ASAP. Other bugs that just make the players miserable like our trays getting ****ed every time we transition from ground to space, well they will get around to those in a few months probably.

    why people feel the need to "give hints" that benefits players is beyond me.

    Heh a friend and I were just discussing how long it would be before some useless twatwaffle posted about this in the forums. It took longer than we thought it would.

    That's what they bragged AEGIS would be, but it's still char-bound and sitting unused in my inventory because of it.
