I just wondered if anybody can give more insight into radiation damage. Here is the entirety of what the wiki had to say about it.
"Radiation Damage can be sustained during ground and space combat."
Highly informative. Anyway focusing specifically on space Thoron Infused Polaron weapons. Is the proc similar to the plasma proc meaning that it "burns" the hull through shields or does it burn whatever it hits as in Shields or Hull?
When you see "TRIBBLE" in my posts, it's because I manually typed "TRIBBLE" and censored myself.
what i would like to know.. does the radiation enhancing sets (CC i think) do they enhance the radiation from the harp penguin torpedo?
Last time I checked, the Hargh'peng and Aceton Beam aren't affected by +radiation damage mods, because the damage source is mechanically the target, not yourself.

Actually I think the Aceton beam does get a boost but I just tested the Hargh'peng and it doesn't.
Can't have a honest conversation because of a white knight with power

Now that said, the majority of radiation damage... ignores shields.
So while I don't think it innately ignores shields... they have it almost always set up to ignore shields and act like plasma burns.
