Okay, so if I slot any of my Phased Biomatter DHCs or Turrets into the upgrade window, it does not list any upgrade at all from Mk 11 to 12. The same goes for my Gravimetric Torpedo, no increase in damage or anything. Is this just a display bug or is there really no change when upgrading from Mk 11 to 12 and 12 to 13. If I try to upgrade, for example, a console, it shows an increase in stat, so I'm leaning towards that there really is no increase in stats.
The upgrade preview is usually right, so it's likely that there's a bug with those specific weapons and upgrading them. Mk XII that dropped directly from the box are higher in stats, so hopefully they address issues with upgrading lower marks.

I noticed that same effect with the CC Tac console. I did not notice it for the Voth rep Gravimetric Photon torpedo. But once I got the module out of the upgrade tool, the stats did change.
I also found a possible bug with the Embassy science consoles. I took a Mk XII Graviton Generator, TH-, Shield Healing console and upgraded it to Mk XIII. When I did, I lost the Graviton Generator bonus. The description on the console does not even mention GG. I put the module on the ship in local space and I saw no changes in the GG value. I have already submitted a bug report on this.

Actually the problem with the Science Graviton Generator TH-, ShH is worse than I originally reported. If I put the console in the tool and then take it out, it removes the Graviton Generator points from the console. I do not even have to apply any upgrades to the console to break it.

Yes, I was checking outside of ESD in Earth-orbit. Hopefully this is not working as intended.

I was trying to upgrade from Very Rare to Ultra Rare and noticed the stats were lower in ESD orbit on my tac Vesta Class.
