The sentiment with which this thread was originally written, and the pure excitement in the tone of the 1st page of posts, put a smile on my face and drew much of the 'Ire' regarding the current state of play from my mind.. Now i just feel really rather sad about the whole thing.

Now I wasn't part of this games beta. I didn't even know this game existed till about 3 months before F2P. Even then i remember a friend of mine showing it to me and thinking that it was a great game. Now again i say i wasn't in beta, but this brought back good memories for this game. I hope someone at cryptic will see this thread and at the least keep it open. if only for the memories of those who have been with the game a long time.
It survived against all odds... what additional proof do you need? This... this thread is our savior, here to PUNISH the vile lizards which are trying to destroy our game!

I am stunned -- stunned -- at how much I've wanted this day to come.
I don't know why, but long ago I went entirely psychotic for this game and after months of speculation, followed by closed and open beta, it's here. It's here. It's time and we can play.
Well, in thirty-five minutes.
Regardless... as of this moment, I know two things.
1) This is a great game and I'm excited to be part of it.
2) After all these months... we are not beta testers and we are not doing a job. We're not trying to find the problems so on day one the game is bug-ridden. It is day one...

Anyone else extremely sad at this post? its so filled of hope and happiness.... This person didn't know that the game would be soon ruined... I miss the days of sto's release.. Those were the good and happy grind free days "and these people work for us now"... How sadly untrue that has become
The boss being a gigantic Winter Epohh Researcher. As you lay waste to the Epohh Horde, she can occasionally cry out things like, "Didn't you want an Epohh friend?"
It certainly has dimmed quite a bit since then though.
