A little food for thought...

If the universal translator was turned off or disabled, would the Talaxians speak like Gungans and Jar Jar Binks? "Meesa Neelix"

    No. Just, no. The knowledge pertaining to the Talaxian language via official sources is rather limited, but all Talaxian names are from their language (which puts a heavy emphasis on the letter x), and there are a few other words used in the show.

    All cannon knowledge about the Talaxian language can be found here.

    I really fail to see where people around here find the relation between Talaxians and Gungans. :confused:
