    Check the patch notes...starfleet academy is now starfleet prison...no one gets to leave...muhhhaaaaaa!!

    Seems to work fine. Did you try switching instances?

    This is an odd issue. Three of my characters had the 'beam out' button. One didn't (my Fed-Romulan). The only way I could get him out of the Academy was to pick a mission and use the Transwarp option (logging didn't help, neither did rearranging the HUD).

    Maybe this is a good thing - I'd love to see the Shuttle Bay from the Tutorial finally hooked up to the regular Academy map. :P

    If your finishing the tutorial and below lev 5 then your completely stuck with GM not responding to your call for help. I was contemplating buying the lifetime subscription but this is making me think twice if GM support is like this all the time.

    Can verify....as a romulan/Fed.....stuck there...even instance switching does not fix it....

    Don't go to SFH if you are romulan!!

    Worse case scenario, choose Replay for an early mission and then click the Pay to Travel button to go there. While you might lose a few ECs it should get you off the planet if you are completely stuck.
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.
