Ok so next mirror invasion event...

Ok so since everyone is talking about how much they want a mirror skin for their ships.... I emant there's already the npc Ody and Gal-x with skins... how hard can it be to make more? What about for next MU event, the reward, amongst the other normal marks and dil is, instead of a doff or shotgun or whatever, you get to choose a mirror skin for ONE of your ships for just that one char, and it's an account unlock. Thoughts? Rage? Love? Here, post away :-)

    my main has flown the Mirror Universe Star Cruiser ever since they came out, for three specific reasons...

    1) I love my borg captain and her bridge crew in mirror universe costumes, seems natural that she is from the mirror universe - hence her ship needs not only the skin, but the I.S.S. registry as well.

    2) the bridge officer set-up on that ship work's perfectly for the way I play her. I did check out the tier 6 intel cruiser last night, when I logged on to claim my 800 day upgrade token......
    and it has pretty much the same boff lay-out + an extra spot for a tac skill - but not the same without I.S.S., mirror skin - oh yeah, and it's a flying triangle not a crusier.

    3) the ship looks bad TRIBBLE with full borg sets on!

    This character started when the game did, and with the limited time i get to play has taken years to get crew and ship to look and perform exactly the way I want it too. the shot gun is nifty, and free mirror skins for every ship from the event wouldn't phase me either way without the I.S.S. - - -

    but without being able to upgrade my mirror ship in anyway to bring my main into the new content I just can't bring myself to even log in anymore, except to claim free TRIBBLE that my pre-order life time sub gets me - even though i can't use it. - - - a re skinned generic universe flying triangle just wont cut it for me. This is the ship I want for this character, and as such she no longer can function in the game.

    My feddie also flies a mirror star cruiser. it looks cool, works pretty good. Thing is it's NOT UPGRADABLE. That's the price you pay for looking good.

    You want to look this good ?
    Bend over and buy a MU Star cruiser for yourself- THATS the only way you should have access to the MU skin.

    Here's an idea: for the next MI event, reward a special upgrade token to upgrade one (since this is per-character) Mirror ship to T5U.

    Mirror Saber T5U... Mirror Nova T5U... Mirror Vo'quv T5U... I think a lot of us want these things. That's a pretty desirable reward.

    Or that's an option too. Either way.... I like it :D

    Both of those ideas sound fantastic! I would love to be able to get the full Mirror Universe experience without having to sacrifice as much performance as we have to now.

    I would just do a character wide skin unlock.

    funny thing is i have the Mirror Dhelan Retrofit and the Mirror T'varo Retrofit and i can use the skin from the mirror Dhelan on my T6 Faeht intel warbird lol.

    ^support this idea, especially for Vo'quv...
