Stuck on Starfleet Academy

I can't seem to leave Starfleet Academy. I have just completed history 102, it is gone from the active missions. The abort mission/beam button is inactive and states that it is not available. I can't seem to do anything else.

Any help would be super :)

    You need to use the interaction beam out at the right side of your screen. If that isn't available either, you should submit a ticket.

    I've just put in a ticket. #18,475.

    The interaction button is unavailable.

    Im suppoed to be takling to admiral quinn at the star dock but im stuck at the acadmey
